OTC Marketplace

The OTC is the Club's own peer-to-peer marketplace for Lazy Bulls — buy, sell, and swap bulls directly with other members, right on our site. No third-party marketplace in the middle.

What you can do

• List a bull for sale in APE at a price you set.
• Private sales — make an offer to a specific wallet with an unguessable link, so only they can fill it.
• Swaps — trade bull-for-bull directly with another member.

How it works

Listings are signed orders — creating one is a gasless signature, not a transaction. The order sits until someone fills it (they pay the gas to complete the trade) or you cancel it. The chain is always the source of truth: an order is only ever fillable if it's still valid on-chain.

Because it's built on a standard order protocol, your bulls never leave your wallet until a trade actually settles — you're approving a specific order, not handing custody to anyone.

Royalties

Secondary sales carry a 6.9% royalty that funds the Club — it flows to the house and goes back into building holder experiences (games, rewards, and floor support), never per-token payouts.
